4expenses integrations
4expenses doesn't live in isolation. It connects to your company-card statements, the inbox invoices arrive in, your accounting system and your internal chat — your team works in the tools it already uses, with zero double entry.
Invoices received by email
Gmail, Outlook / Microsoft 365
Invoices arriving in the mailbox you receive supplier invoices in can be picked up automatically and turned into expense reports, with no downloading and re-uploading. Data is read straight from the file, so it is more accurate than running OCR on a photo.
Chat & notifications
Slack, Microsoft Teams
Notifications about pending settlements, overdue advances and card transactions with no document can be pushed straight into the company's internal chat instead of sitting only in email.
Accounting and ERP
Structured export · 4conta / 4softerp / 4invoices
The approved expense batch exports with the accounts, the VAT split by rate, partners identified by tax ID and the cost centres, with supporting documents attached to their lines. The file imports into your own accounting software; the same batch can also be loaded into the platforms of the same 4b2b ecosystem — 4conta.ro for accounting, 4softerp.net for ERP, 4invoices.net for invoicing — with no retyping.
Card statements and capture from any device
Bank statement, web, mobile
Transactions import from your bank's corporate-card statement and match automatically against the receipts employees upload. The document can be photographed on a phone or uploaded from the browser, and the expense lands in finance's report straight away.
Security & access
SSO, 2FA, RBAC
Google or Microsoft SSO and 2FA for company accounts, plus roles and permissions (RBAC) controlling what each user can see and change.
API & webhooks
For internal automation
A REST API and webhooks let you connect 4expenses to internal workflows or other company systems. Access is enabled by the support team on request.
